These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zelqorvian website at zelqorvian.com and the Zelqorvian AI platform ("Platform"), operated by Zelqorvian Pty Ltd ("Zelqorvian", "we", "us" or "our"), Level 8, 150 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the Zelqorvian Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By submitting an access request or using the Platform, you represent that these conditions are met.

2. Access and Registration

Access to the Zelqorvian Platform is granted through a deliberate access-request process. You must submit a request through the Contact page and await approval from the support team. Zelqorvian reserves the right to decline any access request without explanation.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Zelqorvian Platform solely for its intended purposes: reviewing and organising information, accessing automated insights, using the personal dashboard and interacting with the AI-assisted digital interface. Permitted use is personal and non-commercial unless otherwise agreed in writing with Zelqorvian.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems or the accounts of other users.
  • Introduce malicious code, automated bots or disruptive processes into the Platform.
  • Reproduce, redistribute or resell Platform content or functionality without prior written consent from Zelqorvian.
  • Provide false or misleading information in your access request or communications with the support team.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zelqorvian website and Platform, including text, design, interface elements, graphics and data structures, is owned by or licensed to Zelqorvian Pty Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in the Platform or its content.

6. Disclaimers

The Zelqorvian Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

Zelqorvian does not make any guarantees about outcomes, results or access approval. Automated insights are generated based on available data and are provided for informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zelqorvian Pty Ltd, its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to access the Platform in the preceding twelve months.

8. Termination

Zelqorvian reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access is not in the interest of the Platform or its users. You may also request termination of your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published at zelqorvian.com with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
